1. How much will the childcare cost me ?
We have a variety of prices but the most you will pay is £34 per day (8am - 6pm).

2. Do I have to book five days a week ?
No, you can have just one day if thats all you need.

3. How long is the waiting list ?
Once you have taken part in a pre-registration visit and given us your completed Registration Form your child's name will be added to the waiting list.
We will try to match your needs with a vacancy but the waiting time will depend on what you want and what we can offer at that particular time.

4. Are the staff all qualified ?
Our staff are qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 and 3 and the children to staff ratios set by Ofsted are maintained at all times.
We are fortunate enough to be recognised as a reputable training provider and as such are able to supplement our staff team with competent trainees who are only permitted to supervise small groups when supported by a member of staff qualified to do so.

5. What times do you open ?
We are open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year excluding Bank Holidays. We also have a variety of childcare options available to you.
